Run! I have used CH Robinson for 8 shipments out of state thus far. Every shipment had major issues. They do not stand behind what they advertise from the estimated shipping dates to the cost they charge you for the delivery. My latest delivery they offered me a 4-6 day shipping cost and a 2-3 shipping cost with FED EX. for double the 4-6 day cost. I needed the product in the receivers warehouse on the 3rd day so i paid the higher cost. The shipper delayed my shipment and now it will arrive on the 6th day. No explanation from CH Robinson, they sent me the disclaimer that they cannot be held responsible for a carriers delay. Even though you paid for priority shipment.
