The desk is lovely and was just as described on the website. It was easy to complete the final assembly at home. If I was reviewing on the quality of the product alone it would be five stars. However, the estimate on the website was 3-4 weeks for delivery and it was double that with little communication or explanation for the delay. The online chat was not answered and the answer to my query about delivery date via email was just that it would be soon. On arrival there were two broken parts and one missing part and it took another three weeks for replacements for those to be sent through the post. If you don’t mind waiting 12 weeks you do get an excellent, sturdy and good looking piece of furniture.

We love working with materials like steel tube, hairpin legs, and box section steel to create furniture that’s both sturdy and full of character. We have an ever growing range of dining tables and benches, desks, bookcases, shelf units, hi fi cabinets, tv stands, console tables, coffee tables and more, all made by our own team in our North Yorkshire workshop. We offer a wide range of standard sizes but we're also able to provide custom pieces too. If you have a specific design in mind, we’d love to hear about it. We deliver all over the country, and much of our business comes through online orders, but we do also have a showroom in Brompton on Swale, North Yorkshire, just outside of the beautiful historic market town of Richmond.
