Antigen Tests were delivered on time and PCR test were planned for 17th Jan.However, because of the rule changes I cancelled the PCR tests on the 8th Jan and received an email confirming a £69 refund. I don@t know if this has actually been refunded yet but on arriving home on 28th Jan I found 3 PCR tests had been delivered that same day.I have tried on the phone and by email to discus this with you but so far have no replies. What do I do with these tests?.
