I placed an order on November 16th. The items were allegedly shipped and were sitting in a warehouse. After several notifications about reissues of my order, I'm now being asked to verify my address. I haven't received any new information or communications. After waiting for 36 days, I decided to cancel the order and am now waiting for a refund. I'm quite disappointed. There was no indication on the website or in the ordering information that this was a company based overseas.
