Purchased coconut fat feeders and balls, but they were extremely hard, unlike those from other suppliers. The birds ignored them completely, and I ended up discarding all of them. The support team was unhelpful, suggesting I place the feeders in different locations, which was ridiculous since I've been feeding in the same spot for years without issues. Not a good experience at all. AVOID.
