I am very dissatisfied with the service at this location. The staff, particularly the cashier and a representative, displayed rude and arrogant behavior towards customers. Their attitude indicates a lack of oversight on employee conduct. Due to such unprofessionalism, a well-known food chain is quickly losing business and customer trust. This experience was absolutely unacceptable.
