I bought a camera directly from the platform and the customer support was AWFUL! Their pricing was misleading, and despite their claims of 100% satisfaction, they refused to accept a return even though the package arrived damaged. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE. THEY’RE A SCAM!
