+55 MINUTES WASTED TO GET A DEBIT CARD REPLACEMENT. INITIALLY SPOKE TO MB3366 FROM THE PHILIPPINES WHO BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH. A 5MIN WAIT TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR TURNED INTO A 20MIN WAIT AND A TOTAL TIME OF +55MIN. THE SUPERVISOR SR2056 REFUSED TO ASK PERMISSION FROM MY FATHER TO SPEAK TO ME, EVEN THOUGH MY FATHER WAS STRUGGLING TO PROVIDE THE INFORMATION REQUESTED, AND I HAVE A POWER OF ATTORNEY ON FILE. THE 3RD WORLD MENTALITY CLEARLY REFLECTED THROUGH THE SUPERVISOR FROM HELL WHO CONTINUED TO INSIST THAT SHE SPEAK TO MY FATHER. THIS WAS THE TIPPING POINT. WE ARE DONE WITH CIBC!!!!
