Customer service is really difficult just pushes you threw to the next person, . Got 4 people and still did nothing, I want to cancal the costco mastercard as they froze it for no reason given, Its fully paid off,never late. They want me to get t4s , mortgage information ,the works etc to the bank to verify my income . That I own my house, and this is to close my account. Im here to close it never to reopen it....Cibc is the worst bank to talk to ever, costco is losing more customers daily because of this bank just freezing cards.a formsl complaint is going to costcoto costco as I was told by one branch .they were not surprised.....
