I saw a front pic of an item, I asked them and 'support' said to be a brief. After waiting +30 days (I was told 'the item was new'), I received an item completely different: it seemed to be made of rubbish bags rather than neoprene, it was supposed to be adjustable (it is not), one suspender was longer than the other one. On top, they did not want to provide info about how to return the item.Your response tries to put the situation on me (”expectations”). Customer service said lies about the item. My expectation was that the item would look like the picture, and it looked like made out of rubbish bags. I wasted time and money…so do not dare to say “expectations were met”…you guys lie to sell your products
