I ordered a sequin jacket on 30 Jan. It was shipped on 31st Jan. It hadn’t arrived by 15/2 I raised a complaint on that date. There was lots of back and forth. By the 25th Feb the courier provided me with an email confirming it was a lost package. I provided this evidence. We continue to have back and forth and still no refund! Do not rely on this company doing the right thing! CICIFUL then responded on this site that it was one day since I provided evidence This is not true this is the second time I provided evidence! They would not accept the information provided by the courier service the first time. So they are also untruthful! Furthermore despite the response below the only email I actually received from on my actual email address from them was that the customer team is taking over the management of my complaint. Here is an idea resolve the complaint I raised via PayPal and repay the amount you owe me.
