I ordered 2 pair of the exact same pants in 2 different colors. I made the order October 15th and finally it arrived on November 22nd. When I opened the package I was so disappointed at the quality of the material and how badly it was constructed. The garment was supposed to be pleated. The fabric was so cheap everything was wrinkled beyond visible appearance. After steam ironing for an hour I was able to get it close to the advertised image. HORRIBLE! The second package was supposed to be the same garment in tan. It was a completely different pair of pants. Nothing like I ordered. But I will say this about the tan pants. The quality of the construction was excellent. At least they top stitched the garment and it was less wrinkled. So the company responded quickly via email and made it worse by offering a gift card. A $15 dollar gift card for an order that cost approximately $60? So besides the fact I got a pair of pants, I did not order or can even fit, the poorly constructed garment isn't even replaced.I guess you must be real proud of your company.Another quick response after a bad review;Dear Dale,I hope this email finds you well.
