I placed an order for a bicycle and contacted customer support regarding a time-sensitive matter (possible cancellation). Unfortunately, I have not received any response so far.
In my experience, most companies reply within 24–48 hours, so this delay is concerning and does not reflect well on the level of service. When customers need to make changes to an order, timely communication is essential.
At this point, I’m unsure how reliable the company is, as the lack of response makes it difficult to resolve even basic requests.
I will update this review based on how the company handles my case and the level of service I receive going forward.
