I filed for a RSG request, the site said in support chat that it was effective.... but did not take any action to block the account. They have since admitted that they should have applied the Self Exclusion, but chose not to, to get more funds. Beware of any site that puts in chat that they will honor your Self Exclusion request, and not, for profit reasons only. Stay clear. I have disputed the charges with my bank, because they acknowledge that the transactions should not have gone through, but did not apply the RSG request.
