I even wanted to remove another and referred a friend and all was going downhill from there. My honest opinion is that he doesn't have the capacity to take on too many people at the same time. The people I have all introduced have complained to me even though I had a great response. Its such a shame as its staining the business, but I believe he has good intentions. Not sure if that is good enough for my referrals though sadly.
