After paying, it took around 3 weeks to get my letter so I can send it to Lloyds Bank. After receiving the letter, I was given straightforward instructions on what to do, which lead to me sending an email to Lloyds Bank and receiving a call from them to discuss the matter.After a week, I got a call from Lloyds Bank saying that my marker will be removed, but I would be indefinitely blacklisted from the Lloyd's Banking Group, which to me means nothing since I was blacklisted from everywhere for 5 months.
