I have been a subscription member on and off for the past few years. The reasons why is because some of the quality are not par for the price we pay membership fees. Maybe humidification is off during shipping. I have had dried up cigars on more than a few occasions. The other reason is the shipping delays. Overall, these are a good product. Emphasis on good and not great. Routinely, I like 2-3 out of the 5 they send me monthly. Therefore, I have switched to quarterly.
