Payment for the phone was completed on 02/12/2025. I was informed about a stock issue and told to wait. I was promised delivery by 23/12/2025, as I would be away until 02/01/2026. I notified the service that I arranged for someone to receive it on my behalf. However, by 02/01/2026, there was still no delivery. When I contacted them, they said they would look into it. Now, on 09/01/2026, there is still no update. Why does checking on delivery status take so long? My patience is really running out.
