Payment for the phone was completed on 02/12/2025. I was informed about a stock issue and told to wait. I was promised delivery by 23/12/2025, as I would be traveling until 02/01/2026. I notified the service that I arranged for someone to receive it on my behalf. However, by 02/01/2026, there was still no delivery. When I reached out, they said they would investigate. Now, on 09/01/2026, there is still no update. Why does it take so long to check on delivery status? My patience is wearing thin.
