My experience was good. Everyone was very helpful and polite and explained things very well. The only important thing that wasn't clear to me is that until I went and sorted out the paperwork in the office, the unit I booked wasn't actually guaranteed. So I eneded up with a smaller unit than what I originally spoke about on the phoneI think the people on the phone need to be clearer that until it's paid for the unit you want may become unavailable.
