I have never used their service, yet recurring payments of approximately $ CAD 72 per month have been charged to my card since April 2025. These charges are unauthorised.Please initiate a full refund for all transactions immediately. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with filing a formal dispute through both U.S. and Canadian financial authorities.
