I signed up for a 7 day trial was unable to login. I cancelled the monthly charge with my credit card company along with cancelling through the site and an extensive email to customer support. They returned the email and stated that as the cancellation had not been done through the website they would not recognize it even recognizing that they had received the cancellation. They then got into an email exchange refusing to cancel the account and have continued to attempt the billing 4 times each week for the past 2 months. I am going to sue the company for fun because I’m a bigger asss than they are.
