I was charged after a trial, as soon as i was charged i emailed asking for a refund (literally within 30 mins) They responded coldly basically saying we dont refundI explained that I should be able to refund a service that was just charged to me that I have no interest using, and its Australian Consumer Law that i should be able tooThey responded with "Your country's laws don't apply to us because we sell online" which is ridiculousSo i figure i may aswell use the service and get my moneys worth, Well the website doesn't work, when you cancel your sub you cant use any features, i cant make a video, so Ive been charged over $70 for a full month but still cant even use this productTerrible product, UI and customer service If i dont hear back and get a refund soon I will contact my banks fraud department & also report this company to consumer affairs
