An incredibly disappointing experience!

What an incredibly disappointing experience! My wife and I finally had a rare date night (we have two boys with disabilities) and were excited to see the new movie. We brought my service animal along, but the manager claimed he growled at the server (which he did not; I was petting him and he was alerting me to my blood sugar levels). The 'manager' approached us and said if the dog growled again, he would call the police, not allowing me to explain how my dog communicates my health needs. After leaving the theater, I attempted to clarify the situation to him and another manager while my service animal remained calmly by my side. The 'manager' accused my dog of being aggressive in front of the other manager, and when I challenged his statement, he denied it. I could see the other manager was frustrated with him. He interrupted me, misrepresented the events, and even accused me of being aggressive. When I requested his name, he refused to provide it, claiming I didn't deserve to know. This was truly the worst experience! The manager was a short male with bleached blond hair, his shirt untucked, seemingly on a power trip. I wish I had his name so that corporate could address his discriminatory behavior towards individuals with disabilities. Even the waitress, whom I explained the situation to, disagreed with the manager's assessment of aggression. It was embarrassing for my wife, so we decided to leave. I feel compelled to advocate for those who are disabled and marginalized, many of whom do not have a voice. I'm sharing this review in hopes that someone from the company will respond, as the manager refused to give me his name and no one answers the phone. My next steps will be to contact the appropriate authorities to report this discrimination. The most upsetting part is that this is the only nearby movie theater where we feel comfortable taking our boys with disabilities. They also suggested we seek a refund through another service, but since the show had already started, we were denied a refund. I'm heartbroken over how we were treated.
