I had a very disappointing experience with this company. My order was delayed for nearly a month, and during that time, I was incorrectly informed about my delivery confirmation. Because I didn't receive my jacket, I incurred extra expenses for taxis in cold weather. The situation caused unnecessary stress, and communication was lacking. While I received a refund, I believe compensation for my inconvenience is warranted. If this isn't resolved, I will pursue further action.
