Following my review from November 2025, I am amending my review to express our deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues we have encountered since extending our contract.We followed Circle Cloud's instructions to cancel existing finance agreements and direct debits with the leasing companies linked to our contract. However, this has resulted in late payment fees and additional charges from those companies. Despite bringing this to their attention three months ago, the matter remains unresolved.It is highly unprofessional that we have been left to resolve these financial discrepancies ourselves because Circle Cloud is unable to coordinate with the finance companies. We deeply regret our decision to renew our contract with Circle Cloud and recommend that anyone considering using them in the future read the small print very carefully..
