Spare part never showed and no communication or refund

We placed an order for a spare part for an electric scooter. They received the payment and after 2 weeks, I had no communication regarding payment or despatch. I contacted Circooter several times and each email was replied to in 2-3 days. After some to and froing, they told me that the item had been delivered - only to check that the 'delivered' item was from an order 6 months previously. I then requested a full refund (3/4 weeks after my full payment to them), at which point ALL communication from them ceased. We are a large U.K electric scooter repair company and Circooter are aware of that. Being a business you would expect a certain amount of professionalism.Totally disappointed and will not be using them again
