While I was late to the party, I preordered a Makerphone just in time. I was able to keep in contact via email, facebook, and forums. The response time is very fast and helpful. I was greeted by many nice members of circuitmess. When I had an issue with shipping, 3 team members jumped in to help me. While the software is young, circuitmess is working hard everyday to improve their service. I'm looking forward to future kickstarters, projects, and products from them in the future.
