The service is incredibly incompetent and arrogant regarding customer satisfaction. I ordered my ring in the spring, received it in October, and it didn't fit. I'm trying to get an exchange, but there has been no real response, just empty CEO messages. Avoid this company; they may go out of business due to their arrogance.
