Customer Service can make a bad experience better ... thankfully the updates to the project on Kickstarter have been frequent enough that I've been mostly happy with my Circular 2 ring so far. Yes,, there were sync issues in the beginning but things are much better now and continue to improve. With their move to a new cloud hosting provider, the performance lag should be fixed in the near future. The GPS tracking has been very much improved since the last 2 updates ... so much so that I feel confident that I probably don't need to run AllTrails concurrently to get an accurate map of my hikes any more. Sleep data can still take a while and Kira2 seems to fall asleep now and then -- meaning it's not giving me the prompt to ask for "her" recommendations.
