From the very first call, she went above and beyond to reassure me and provide thorough, clear information. I also want to highlight how well thought out the clinic’s website is — you can genuinely find everything you need, from detailed explanations of the procedure and aftercare advice to helpful videos on what to expect. There is even clear guidance on how to get to the clinic by both car and public transport, which was incredibly helpful.When we arrived on the day of the procedure (my son is now four days post-circumcision), the clinic was extremely clean, calm, and welcoming. We were greeted by a lovely young woman who explained exactly what was needed from me and took the final payment, which made the process feel smooth and stress-free.Shortly after, I was taken into the clinic room where I met Dr Samir Al Ali. Being able to stay in the room during the procedure was incredibly reassuring. Dr Ali was beyond professional — he talked me through everything clearly and calmly, step by step, throughout the entire procedure. The circumcision itself took no more than 15 minutes, and my son was comfortable throughout.I have honestly never been more satisfied with the level of care, precision, and professionalism shown by a doctor. I was given clear aftercare instructions and information on what to do should any concerns arise.The following day, I received a call from Rita to check in on my son and see how he was doing — something I didn’t expect at all, but which genuinely meant so much. Once again, she was kind, caring, and reassuring.I truly cannot recommend The Beverley Clinic enough. From start to finish, the care, communication, and compassion were exceptional.
