I have an RJ-60 which has worked flawlessly for a little over a year. Unfortunately I had a cell connection error the other day but I’m very happy with Circupool’s customer service and resolution which was an adapter to get my SWG up and running. It took about 5 minutes to install the PCB adapter and the chlorine generator fired right up. Overall I am extremely happy with the RJ-60. I purchased an oversized model so I could keep the chlorine output at a fairly low percentage giving me room to boost output if needed and hopefully prolonging the cell life. I’m even more impressed with the customer service and technical support. With regard to the customer service it was extremely easy and straightforward process with polite representatives requiring minimal information to get my issue identified and resolved. The part was shipped very fast keeping our pool downtime to a minimum. The technical team there did a phenomenal job designing an easy plug and play adapter to resolve the issue without requiring the controller to be shipped back. Furthermore, my product was just over a year old and Circupool would have well been within their right to charge a prorated amount for the part as described in their warranty information. However, they did not charge me a cent and I appreciate them sticking by their product. I would absolutely recommend this product and company.
