I aak the Support Team several Times to Reisen my Account, and i got no answers .In my case no one is looking about my problem why its Not possible to win . I make a deposit Limit and i make several Times self exclusion, but it change nothing, because the games and winnings Rest still manipulated. And u know that , playing over 10 years and never get a maxwin is Not correct , while u put 15000€ in the game where the maxwin is only 2000€ . Its obvious that u decide how much a Person can win . U talk about Fairness, where is the Fairness if u never win , or better if u cant win because of manipulation? Fairness lol
