Those scammers really put thoughts when they were gathering ideas how to call this casino. Circus seems accurate as they are a bunch of clowns. I opened the account more than 4 months ago, deposited 200 euros and wanted to play.. i received a message that i need to verify the account with front and back pictures if my ID and bank statement. I did that and after waiting days, account still wasnt verified, although on the site it clearly says it takes up to max couple days. I said ok, sent them documents again, still the same treatment, not verifying account although in their T&C’s clearly said it should only take couple of days. When i tried to place some bets they wouldnt go through, not even the 1 EURO!!! Ones.. i contacted them again asking why is it taking weeks to get my acc verified although you are advertising quick verifications. And then they said the thing, the absurd lie from which I knew they are just crooks trying to take people hard earned money… THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL THAT I AM IN DEBT TO BELGIAN BANK !!!!! I am a citizen of Slovenia, i can not even open a bank account with Belgian bank and even if I did; how on earth could they know i am in debt with them??????!?!!! Its hillarious how they can lie such absurd things without even a slight remorse, I was literally shocked and I think that the statement they said is highly illegal and can get them in much trouble.. however, after sending my ID card and bank statment 4 times, they are now asking for selfie with their sites name and todays date on the paper and bunch of other nonsense that they do not even have the eligibilty to ask for based on their terms and conditions. I spoke to my attorney and he said that what they are doing is highly illegal in not in accordance to the guidelines they, themself have on site. I am willing to take the matter further, all over 200 euros, and to anyone thinking to open the account with them, just do not!!! You will probably never see your money again, but if you do they will have you send them nudes almost as it feels like.. just avoid not worth it, am looking forward to bring them down.
