The receiver end of their service is really insufficient. My package in the Netherlands went out for delivery earlier than indicated so I could not receive it.Useless website! Tracking only says that I missed it. No information about when is the next delivery. There is no phone number, no means of contacting to arrange anything. There is no pickup point indicated.How am I supposed to track the package now?
