It's disheartening to see numerous individuals, including myself, falling victim to their deceptive practices.My parcel, along with countless others, was supposedly "delivered" according to their tracking system, yet it was nowhere to be found. What's more alarming is the complete lack of response from their customer service team when attempts were made to inquire about the missing packages. The contact number provided on their website turned out to be false.This is not just an isolated incident; it's a pattern of deceit that needs to be exposed. I implore anyone considering using this service to proceed with extreme caution or better yet, AVOID it altogether. It's a scam through and through, preying on the trust of consumers with false promises and non-existent deliveries. French government and police should do something about this enterprise.
