DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ID. Get a provisional instead. they are SCAMMERS and you won't get the card for some reason, and then they will not refund you because they hide behind their terms and conditions loop hole stating you pay for the service of the applicaiton and not the card which remains their property.If you are unfortunate to use this company and have been scammed, contact your bank and raise a chargeback dispute to get your many back in full. Your bank will refund you. ignore any response from citizencard to this review, it's all lies, they are cowboys and scammers. I've reported them to trading standards and filed a chargeback against them.Enjoy paying the chargeback penalty from your payment provider, cowboys.
