Extremely bad customer service and no reply to complaints. I applied for my urgent card 30 days ago and I still have not had it due to their inability to reply to emails, their lack of continuity due to multiple staff dealing with one case and information not being shared. Their ignorance despite proof of evidence and their seeming joy to drag things out to make things difficult for you. As stated I made a complaint but that was ignored also! Absolute mess of an organisation!Following your reply...you say the cost covers the verification. The verification was the whole problem! Your staff ignored numerous emails that contained proof of verified details of identity and denied receipt of these, despite proof of receipt which delayed the process significantly! Each email from myself took at least 3 days before I received a reply.... This was supposed to be an Urgent application!! It took you 33 days to process this and no apologies from your staff just attitude in their emails.
