Secondly quick to take your rent money yet won’t do any home improvements that need doing yet quick to take your rent money. I need my roof re felting and new windows certain people living in same street or adjoining street get improvements , houses built the same time yet lie to you over the phone saying they are not due until 2031 yet the windows are over 40 years old yet don’t want to do the jobs yet get good money for rent and do nothing so it’s basically a post code code lottery as to hwho gets improvements and who doesn’t
