Ref No 1187081/1 Date 20/3/2025The reason for giving a 1 star for the reference number above is as follows.On Sunday 16th March we had burglars removing and breaking fence panels in the communal area that backs on to our garden. The Police where called out and they put a temporary barricade up. Since then some more panels have been broken and removed. We also had dogs coming through the broken fence. (Not the Dogs fault) Last night 3 more panels where broken. When we raised the repair job on Monday 17th March we where told on the phone that some one would come out on Thursday 20th to fix it. All that happened was they took some photos and was told it would be repaired with in the next 7 days. Its now the 8th of April 2025 and nothing has been done. Every time I make a phone call on this number 0300 790 6555 I keep being told I will hear some thing in the next 3-5 business days. I was then told today that it is with the Contractor but they could not tell me who the contractor is so I cannot contact them for an update. It feels like we are being messed around. Does citizen housing not care about the welfare of the tenants? I would like to know when the communal area fence will be repaired. When this was a council owned property the Council always maintained the fence and used to put anti vandal paint on the top. Since White Friars now called Citizen have too over. The area is getting worse. I could go on but I will leave it at that for now. Not very happy at all how we have been treated so far. If Citizen could listen to the recorded telephone calls and perhaps tell me what is going on that would be great. WILL UPDATE THIS IS DUE COURSE
