At first I received a wrong booking code and was worried because citizenplane sells spare seats and on the website it said that possibly I have to go to the check in at the airport. In addition I didn’t book my flight directly via citizenplane but via Opodo and I didn’t know about citizenplane at all. After contacting the citizenplane customer service I received the correct code within just a few hours. With the correct code I was able to do the online check in without any problems.
