it was good experience, I was some confused about check in at the airport because it's not allowed online, but I didn't any problem with checking at the airport, especially it was my first trip abroad.I see that buying cheap flights online is a good choice you don't have to worry about check-in online you have to be in the airport early at least 2 hours before flight time and you won't have any problems with check in process directly in company desk, exactly like I experienced with citizenplane last week.And also their support was good and helpful via email.
