They have immigration experts who take a close look at your documents to make sure you meet the requirements and can guide you when you need to make the right correspondence with government authorities. I had to go through the process mostly on my own from Nigeria but they reimbursed me for VFS and government fees. Portugal’s laws are ever-changing and applying from Nigeria was a new experience for them. Regardless, the issues I faced were swiftly and directly addressed with attention to details. The journey to being a digital nomad is very daunting and it’s good to know there are companies that value us and can alleviate the stress with information, research and care. I am happily residing in Portugal as a resident so glad this was a successful process.
