I have dealt with Citizen Remote twice in the past year both to get a health insurance for Dubai Nomad visa. The process is straight forward and helpful. I havent actually had to make any claims yet so I can't comment on that process. But you do get the visa. Tim went out of their way to get me the help that i needed from the insurance firm. Sometimes the chat doesn't get back to you but the emails are definitely answered.
