I love their mascara but ... what a poor customer service! My order was sent to another address than the one entered. I notified City Beauty, they entered another order. I asked them to pay attention to the shipping address. Upon receiving shipment confirmation of this replacement order, it was again indicating the wrong address. Notified them again, it was confirmed various times by CS that the address was updated and I would receive my order at the address I entered. But it was not, it was again delivered at another address than the one I entered and which is stored in my account.
