I recently visited for earlobe repair surgery and was very pleased with the service's efficiency. I had my consultation and the procedure done immediately, which was fantastic. The surgery was painless, and the staff were professional. I did have a minor issue with the paperwork showing a higher price than quoted, but the team resolved it quickly. I’m rating 4 stars for now as I have a follow-up to remove stitches; I'm satisfied so far but want to see the final results before giving a full 5-star rating. Overall, a smooth experience!
