Usually overcrowded but there are a lot of machines so even in busy periods you can usually find a space or machine, even if it's not exactly what you wanted to use that day. Friendly staff. Reasonably clean. Often too warm though, for exercising especially in summer. A good gym for the price you pay, but nothing amazing.
