Great selection of equipment but there are sometimes queues for the more popular ones. Staff are great. I have a PT (Michael B) which really helps target the right muscle groups and how to use equipment properly. I also fork out for the premium membership to have access to the massage chairs which us a great reward after pushing the muscles. Thoroughly recommend Cityfitness
