Worst experience ever, I had prepaid for a tv on the 23rd of Aug and it was to be delivered on the 26 but they rescheduled the delivery without informing me and when I tried to cancel it, it wasn’t possible. The app shows that the delivery will happen today but they haven’t given any additional info about their delivery guy and I cannot track the order too, because there’s isn’t any option to track. Their customer services are always giving excuses. They gave me a number saying that it’s the delivery guys, and nobody is picking up the call from their end.
