Exercise caution with this service at the moment. I had my doubts about a possible exit scam. It's unfortunate because I had a trouble-free experience for nearly two years. Suspicion arose around the holiday season when I ordered some products. While one item arrived, the other did not, and attempts to reach out were unsuccessful. I decided to give them another chance with a different order, but again, there was no delivery. At this point, I felt indifferent as I had other options. However, if the service resolves this issue, I would gladly give a five-star rating. Just a friendly heads-up... UPDATE: I can't believe it! My package arrived with a heartfelt apology letter included. I take back my previous concerns; the service has redeemed itself.
